Shipping policy

UK DELIVERY INFORMATION:

Shipping to any UK address is £15 for a large artwork, £8 for a mini and £3 for a micro artwork.

Everything is made to order by hand and so takes a little time. As soon as your order and payment is received, the artwork will start to be made. You will receive your order within 10-14 days via Royal Mail Signed For. This service aims to deliver the next working day and will require a signature upon receipt. This service insures your purchase and will provide you with a tracking number

You will be notified when your order has been posted.

EUROPE AND REST OF WORLD DELIVERY INFORMATION:

Unfortunately I cannot offer delivery at this time. But watch this space I’m working on it!

GENERAL:

Orders will be sent to the delivery address specified when placing your order. Responsibility cannot be held if this delivery address is entered incorrectly, or for a lost or stolen parcel if you request it is left somewhere rather than signed for at your address. On occasion, items may be lost in transit, if this occurs, please contact me with your order number so I can follow up on your order.

REFUNDS:

I hope that you love your purchase from Paper Walls Studio, however due to the made to order nature of the business, unfortunately refunds are unable to be given. All artworks are safely packaged for posting however if your artwork has not arrived in perfect condition please get in touch heidi@paperwallsstudio.com
