WHY DO I HAVE TO WAIT 10-14 DAYS FOR MY ORDER TO BE DISPATCHED?
Each artwork is made to order, the hand finished nature of the process involved means that orders will take between 10-14 days to be dispatched. For more information see shipping

CAN I GET A REFUND?
I hope that you love your purchase from Paper Walls Studio, however due to the made to order nature of the business, unfortunately refunds are unable to be given. All artworks are safely packaged for posting however if your artwork has not arrived in perfect condition please get in touch heidi@paperwallsstudio.com

All artworks are made to order so that no stock is held that isn’t needed. Every piece is hand crafted, meaning every artwork gets the same attention as a bespoke order.
